I will definitely be getting this beer again. I am eager to try some more of the Gouden Beers. Although, I have had one at Fourth Ave Pub before, I just can not remember which one.

This is not a Beer Night Review - 10/18/2009
Eitan: Last night I had the Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor in my new Gouden Carolus glass. The Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor is a Belgian IPA. The beer poured a very nice golden color. It good head retention. It was white and foamy with a lot of it clinging to the glass. It has a nice and sweet and hoppy smell. It had a good hoppy taste with hints of the usual Belgian beer citrus notes and some light sweetness. There was a light taste of the alcohol, after all it is 8.0%. It was pretty light in body with a nice crisp and dry finish.
